Christine A. Miller administers all aspects of financial reporting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting for GuideStar. She provides decision support to strategic planning, imposes financial discipline and rigor on the company’s operations, and supervises site-level budget collaboration with GuideStar’s client base.

He has served in technology positions across a diverse set of industries, providing him with a broad knowledge base and experience in the technology field. Over the past fifteen years, Greg has focused his efforts in the area of healthcare technology.
Rhonda J. Paz, PhD, CRCP
Senior Vice President, Clinical Research Operations
In her role as Senior Vice President of Clinical Research Operations, Rhonda J. Paz is responsible for strategizing and implementing effective and efficient operational units at all clinical study sites. She hires and supervises the clinical research staff at each site, ensuring that operating goals and performance standards are met. She leads the implementation and execution of all regulatory, research finance and patient enrollment initiatives. Additionally she ensures ongoing training and education of research staff and fosters relationships with sponsors and physicians conducting the trials.
Shirley Trainor-Thomas, MHSA
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Shirley Trainor-Thomas has spent her entire career in the healthcare field focusing specifically on clinical research for nearly the last decade. As Senior Vice President of Business Development of GuideStar Clinical Trials Management, she is responsible for driving the sales efforts for the company, building and maintaining relationships with physicians involved in clinical trials, and coordinating logistics with trial sponsors.
